Alpha Gamma Delta’s philanthropic focus is fighting hunger.

We know that food insecurity is a huge problem – one in eight Canadians struggle with hunger – and we want to be a part of the solution. We get involved by connecting with local community partners to volunteer our time to fight against hunger. Our impact is enhanced through fundraising for the Alpha Gamma Delta Foundation, which provides fighting hunger grants to various organizations that are doing their part in local communities to fight hunger.

Each year, Delta Zeta chapter holds two main philanthropy events, Spinathon in the fall and AGD Fights Hunger in the spring.
